An Evening with Alex Elle
Wednesday 9/23/20 @6PM
Zoom Webinar
Free for UCSD Community

As part of the Tritons Week of Welcome (TWOW) series of events, author, poet & wellness consultant, Alexandra Elle, will speak the UC San Diego community via Zoom. Come and set your intentions for the academic year.
Alexandra Elle is a writer and creative living in the Washington, DC metro area with her husband and daughter. In her pre-teen years, writing came into her life by way of therapy and the exploration of healing. Many years later, Alex's voice and words are being shared poetically in the form of self-love and self-care. Her passion for storytelling, poetry, and narrative writing are infused with life lessons, self-celebration, and building community through reading, writing, and language.

✨𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗚𝗢𝗧𝗛 𝗕𝗔𝗕𝗘:✨
Goth Babe is Griff Washburn enjoying himself. Originally from Tennessee, Griff currently lives in a Tiny House with his pup Sadie in the mountains of Washington. When not on the road touring, Griff and Sadie are off enjoying the outdoors in the great Pacific Northwest. Snow, surf, and trails are plenty to occupy them in their offseason. Griff has seemed to have picked up on the brighter parts of life. Parting ways with social status and relevance, he's discovered how wonderful living day by day is. Making music to Griff is less a climb to the top, as it is a form of free thinking and enjoyment.

About

Welcome Tritons!
Our campus is coming together to create the best virtual student experience possible given the unprecedented circumstances. With that said, this site is intended to be a one-stop-shop for all campus activities that take place outside of the classroom and more! The campus community has been working hard to provide and create content that will be useful and engaging to you while you are studying remotely this quarter.
We are ‘Tritons All Together’ which expresses both the true spirit of being a Triton and the deep commitment we have to your student experience and making it the best it can be.
Even though we are not physically together, we can continue to connect and build community with each other through the creative use of technology now more than ever. Knowing that this has to be a challenging time for you, know that we are here for you. We welcome any feedback and ideas you may have. And don’t forget to bookmark the site as content will change frequently throughout the day providing updates and info on upcoming LIVE virtual events and more.
Have a great quarter Tritons!
